肉罢不能

　　The Doll is an adaptation of the novel, The Doll (novel) by Bolesław Prus, which is regarded by many as one of the finest Polish novels ever written and, along with Pharaoh (novel), made Bolesław Prus a potential candidate for the Nobel Prize in literature. The influence of Émile Zola is evident, and some have compared the novel to Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert; both were Prus&♯39;s contemporaries. The movie, however, may be more compared to Stendhal&♯39;s Le Rouge et le Noir, (The Red and the Black).
　　The Doll constitutes a panorama of life in Warsaw between 1878 and 1879, and at the same time is a subtle story of three generations of Polish idealists, their psychological complications, their involvement in the history of the nineteenth century, social dramas, moral problems and the experience of tragic existence. At the same time this story describes the disintegration of social relationships and the growing separation of a society whose aristocratic elite spreads the models of vanity and idleness. In the bad air of a backward country, anti-Semitic ideas are born, valuable individuals meet obstacles on their way, and scoundrels are successful.
　　This poetic love story follows a nouveau riche merchant, Stanislaw Wokulski, through a series of trials and tribulations occasioned by his obsessive passion for an aristocratic beauty, Izabela Lecka, played by the famous Polish actress, Beata Tyszkiewicz.
　　Plot:
　　As a descendant of an impoverished Polish noble family, young Wokulski is forced to work as a waiter at Hopfer&♯39;s, a Warsaw restaurant, while dreaming of a life in science. After taking part in the failed 1863 Uprising against Tsarist Russia, he is sentenced to exile in Siberia. On eventual return to Warsaw, he becomes a salesman at Mincel&♯39;s haberdashery. Marrying the late owner&♯39;s widow (who eventually dies), he comes into money and uses it to set up a partnership with a Russian merchant he had met while in exile. The two merchants go to Bulgaria during the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-78, and Wokulski makes a fortune supplying the Russian Army. The enterprising Wokulski now proves a romantic at heart, falling in love with Izabela, daughter of the vacuous, bankrupt aristocrat, Tomasz Łęcki. In his quest to win Izabela, Wokulski begins frequenting theatres and aristocratic salons; and to help her financially distressed father, founds a company and sets the aristocrats up as shareholders in his business.The indolence of these aristocrats, who secure with their pensions, are too lazy to undertake new business risks, frustrates Wokulski. His ability to make money is respected but his lack of family and social rank is condescended to. Because of his "help" (in secret) to Izabela&♯39;s impecunious but influential father, the girl becomes aware of his affection. In the end she consents to accept him, but without true devotion or love.(wikipedia)

　　American psychologist John Holden arrives in London to participate in a symposium aiming to expose witchcraft and devil-worship as a fraud, with attention centered on a cult run by a Julian Karswell. Debarking his plane, Holden learns that the symposium leader, Henry Harrington, has suddenly died and he is now in charge. What only the audience knows is that Harrington was clearly killed by a demon, apparently summoned by Karswell to avenge his persecution. Despite both threatening and cajoling behavior by Karswell, Holden determines to proceed, though the only cult member willing to talk about his experiences is in a prison psychiatric ward, catatonic after allegedly killing yet another cult member. However, Harrington&♯39;s niece, Joanna, believes, based on her uncle&♯39;s notes, that Karswell may indeed have some satanic powers derived from an ancient tome in an obscure language which he has been able to translate, and attempts to warn the skeptic Holden. Karswell&♯39;s mother also attempts to warn Holden off. However, the thing which begins to most get to Holden are the occasional, but mounting, sensory and mental disturbances he begins experiencing after an encounter with Karswell, and the discovery that, during this encounter, Karswell secretly slipped a slip of parchment with a curse in runic symbols on it into Holden&♯39;s belongings, a parchment identical to one Harrington recorded having had passed to him in a similar manner shortly before his death... 　　一群大学生在四月一日愚人节结伴到一无人荒岛的巨宅中度周末，结果碰上血腥的愚人节恶作剧。他们在互相玩笑之余却逐一被杀，而邀请他们前来的富家女莫菲圣琼却始终未露面，这到底是什么回事？影片明显地采用了艾嘉莎克莉丝蒂的侦探名著《十个小印第安人》的故事模式，让剧中人一个一个被杀

　　剧情讲述了一位深入墨西哥无人之境，寻找她失踪丈夫的故事，他聘请的其中一名成员的扮演者就是著名的“小钱尼”，但是他却有着自己的目的，寻找镭元素，而小钱尼成功的演绎了这个不可琢磨和难以预料的角色。由于这块土地受到了很强的核辐射，一切的生物都有此变得非常巨大，但是这些怪兽的身体有时候会变透明，接着，这群人来到了大名鼎鼎的“布朗森洞穴”，她找到了她的丈夫，但是他已经变异成为了“独眼巨人。

　　自然主義文学の代表的作家・徳田秋声の同名小説を水木洋子が脚色し、成瀬巳喜男が演出した作品。生まれつき気性が激しく、そのくせ情にほだされやすい女が、次々と男に捨てられながらも生きていく姿を、距離をおいて凝視する。強い女を描くことには定評のある成瀬監督だが、これほど荒々しく終始感情をむき出しにするヒロインは珍しい。成瀬との絶妙のコンビを誇る主演の高峰秀子は、その意志の強さを具現したような肉体で、やや陰影を欠く主人公をはじけ飛ばすように演じ、他作品でのきめ細かな名演とは違った味わいを残す。路地裏の物売りの声や拍子木を打つ音など、音声の表情も実に豊かである。

　　邻居吉姆（小弗雷迪·普林兹 Freddie Prinze Jr. 饰）是阿曼达的梦中情人，他的一颦一笑都令阿曼达为之神魂颠倒。一次偶然中，阿曼达目睹了一场凶杀案，而凶手不是别人，正是她朝思暮想的吉姆，无论如何都不愿意相信吉姆是杀人犯的阿曼达决心和室友们联起手来，查出真相。

　　大卫·田纳特David Tennant和库什·珍宝Cush Jumbo（《傲骨之战》）共同出演的《麦克白》本周在西区正式开幕，剧组也宣布此前录制于丹玛尔仓库剧院首轮演出现场的影像版将于2025年2月5日起登陆影剧院！
　　本版《麦克白》导演是麦克斯·韦伯斯特Max Webster（《少年派的奇幻漂流》），观众入座时佩戴耳机，环境音效以3D声效的形式在耳机中播放，制造不安、恐怖的氛围。而现场观众从耳机中听到的声效也会混合到影像版的音轨中。
