　　在某设计公司供职的里中悦子（内山理名 饰）是一名单身母亲，她努力工作，尽心照顾着女儿的起居。因工作关系，她结识了画家岛崎信广（平井满 饰）。这是一个性格阴郁，自顾自活在凄美爱情异想世界里的男子。他的曾祖父曾和爱人殉情，信广沉湎于此，甚至打算效仿祖辈的行径。信广邀请悦子担任模特，悦子欣然应允。在这段时间的相处中，悦子渐渐喜欢上了信广。可就在某天，信广突然坠楼身亡，死前的样子竟然和他的画作一模一样。

　　《海滩护卫队》（Baywatch）根据同名经典美剧改编。该剧1989年开播，到2001年共播出11季。这部讲述一群加州海滩救生员故事的美剧在90年代风靡一时，捧红了该剧主演大卫·哈塞尔霍夫（David Hasselhoff）和帕梅拉·安德森（Pamela Anderson）等。剧中美女帅哥在海滩上奔跑的慢镜头常被人津津乐道和模仿，是很多宅男心中的神剧。
